Hello fellow 12 Sept BSD starters – how is everyone doing. We are nearly halfway through!!
I’ve had a tough week – official weigh in saw me put on a pound so I was gutted – but the day before, I took a spectacular nose dive off the wagon so I guess I deserved it (Two slabs of chocolate fudge case if anyone wants to know 🙁 . Was back on it the next day and have managed to lose the pound in the mid week weigh in but am away on business in the US for a week so, while I have plenty of opportunity to be good (I will have a car and there is a 24 hour supermarket opposite my hotel) I’m worried that temptation will just be too much. So I’ve decided to put my plans down here and then in a week, hopefully someone will ask me to account for what I had. Breakfast – blueberries and total yogurt (have already checked the website and Giant Eagle do it), lunch – cooked chicken and salad – or maybe , if we go out, chicken caesar salad, dinner (luckily no evenings out) – have checked the local restaurant menus and can have steak and salad every night – or fish, or chicken.
So that’s me – still only 7 3/4lbs lost in nearly four weeks – haven’t dared measure myself, my waist just doesn’t feel smaller, but my clothes are looser than 4 weeks ago and I feel better.
