  • Juju68 – I’m definitely feeling more tired whenever it comes to stairs. Walking I’m ok with. I have found that previously walking fast was great exercise for me but now that I’ve lost nearly 2 stone, I’m finding it easier and therefore less effective.

I am going to try to add some non-walking exercise this week. Perhaps some swimming and some Lateral Thigh Trainers. But not tonight – tonight I’m zonked.

  • Hello everyone – sounds like there has been some great success so well done everyone so far and also everyone who has still persevered even if you haven’t had the best week.

I stopped posting a daily summary because I was the only one and it was largely the same numbers each time (just under 800 cals, 30g or less carbs, 2.5L water, 13,000 steps) – however I’m still keeping to all those. Plus work has been taking over my life so I just haven’t had a chance to post (although I have been reading everyone’s comments).

So I posted a few days back that I had a weird weight increase of 2lbs despite keeping to the diet and not cheating. I was advised on here that it’s not uncommon in Week 3 and to keep going. So I did and whilst this week was disappointing in comparison to previous weeks, I did manage to lose 2lbs in the end (on top of relosing those pesky 2lbs that crept on).

So everything is still going in the right direction and hopefully I’ll lose some more in Week 4.

    Hi jpscloud

In the past (before BSD) I would take forever to lose weight, only once getting anywhere near I am now. At that time I weighed 8st 7lb because I was so stressed out I couldn’t eat. And my face showed it. I say I could use a photo taken at the time to scare naughty children! But the weight returned, with interest, in the blink of an eye.

Now I’m under 8st 7lb. Feeling great. Face not gaunt. And the weight is staying off. Yes, it fluctuates slightly. But I weigh daily and so can monitor it. This has to be the longest I have maintained weight loss in my lifetime history of dieting. But, of course, this is not a diet. This is a new way of eating, a new way of life.

I’m keeping a close eye on carbs, keeping them low, but not worrying too much about calories. That seems to be doing the trick. I was concerned about how I would maintain, and spent a lot of time thinking about what I would do if and when I reached that point. So far, so good.

Hope it goes well for you. Please keep posting about your BSD journey.

I’ve managed today never drank so much water!
I had the green tea and blueberry shake for breakfast and it kept me going until 12.30!
Found lunch not as satisfying feta cheese and salad!

Bolognaise was good with spiral courgette.

Just have to take it day by day but if I get a good weight loss like you Maggie-May I’ll be made up!

Thanks for welcome Rose. Today has been manageable, obviously rather hungry, bit of brain fog, headache but all familiar to a low carber. Not used to the low calories though but am determined to kick start this process and give it the best shot I can.

I look forward to updating as things progress.

    Thanks again, Paul.

Found that I have lots of energy today, BG reading down a bit too.

Breakfast: HM soup (celeriac, celery, roasted peppers)
    Lunch: Another bowl of soup
Dinner: Pork medallions fried up in a tablespoon of coconut oil with Cajun spices, cauliflower florets and chopped sprouts

Snacks: I played around with the kidney bean/cacao recipe, reduced coconut oil and dates quite a bit, added some oatbran and made them as small patties, baked like biscuits. Very nice, as long as you don’t expect anything like a sweet biscuit. They actually taste a little bitter, but still very nice in the way bitter chocolate can be nice. I had two of them, and sadly, I think they awoke the carb monster. I had to fight the urge to make more. The dough is in the fridge, so I have to actually bake them individually, which helps me to not bother!

The sprouts are making for some windy nights… good thing I’m a singleton!

HI everyone, hope it’s going well
I had a boiled egg for breakfast – actually kept me going till lunchtime, when had mushrooms, tomatoes and goats cheese, now about to have steamed fish and veg for dinner…..
feeling very motivated today but feeling nervous about my staying power as I really need to change my way of eating long term – BUT think this may well be a diet/way of eating I could cope with.
Not sure about only 800 every day as have various times when I eat out with either work or family or whatever BUT note to self that 2 meals out of 21 in a week will not make the amount of difference I allow it to! ie if I stick to it the rest of the time and try to choose low carb options I will be fine, maybe a bit slower than some of you but still fine.
Really good luck to anyone who is struggling – delighted to have so many 20th feb starters, ( loosely 20th feb as some who have already done a few days but huge welcome to everyone)

Hi Rozy, thanks and it’s good to “see” you again! I hope the bread turns out ok… I was disappointed to see they had adjusted my recipe to include honey – I would never add sugar in any form to bread now, it doesn’t need it to rise (honestly, it doesn’t). My recipe is for a very dense bread anyway, highly filling and satisfying… the honey is a huge mistake in my view. Try it without honey, I bet it turns out tasting just as good!

I DID see that programme! I agree it was a bit of a downer, but I was already aware that regain is inevitable for all but around 5% of people who lose a significant amount of weight. I also agree the BSD might offer a straw of hope to clutch at, and it’s the only “diet” or should I say way of eating that I feel comfortable to return to.

    Hello jpscloud,
I sometimes make the spelt/rye bread from the recipe book which was based on a recipe you posted. Sorry to hear you fell off the wagon but nice to see you back in the saddle having another go.
I hope you didn’t see the programme on Channel4 recently about slimmers who regain weight – the experts were saying it was pretty much inevitable (something to do with the body being wired to claw back fat lost), which I thought was somewhat negative, give us some hope, please. Those who had managed to keep the weight off had kept their foot on the pedal – one by changing his career to that of a personal trainer. And there was Rosemary Conley who built a whole business round weight loss – she’s still looking good. Somewhat extreme examples but the point seemed to be that we have to keep the momentum going to avoid regain, no slipping back to the old ways.

But none of the people who had experienced massive weight regain had followed the BSD. Like you, I think the BSD offers an excellent prospect of actually being able to keep the weight off long-term. The occasional going AWOL won’t make too much difference so long as you keep on the right road (a bit like stopping at motorway services on a long journey, you have your break then you rejoin the motorway).
Anyway, I wish you well on your restart – hope you achieve your target.

End of Week 7 check-in: I must confess that this week was more of a five and two week. My weight is back up several pounds, although I’m still losing fat. I’m feeling great, and I really enjoyed a splurge for a late Valentine’s Day.

It has been so strange to watch my husband thin down right before my eyes. It’s obvious that he is losing weight. His clothes are huge on him. Also, he is going to have to go off his blood pressure medicine because his blood pressure is too low now. Wow!

Good luck to all of you this week, wherever you are at in the journey!

  • HI all

I’m in – this will be my third 4 weeker – I really like them. Final weigh in tomorrow so we’ll see what the scales say but will set my challenge for maintenance.
Weight: If I could lose a couple of pounds over the four weeks that would be great as the challenge of Easter will be upon us soon, plus I have a week off next week, with lots of eating out on the cards.
Exercise wise: I am at the beginning of a 300km challenge (to run, row or swim the total by the end of the year). This looks to be far too low so I will up it to 500 ( I think) and keep this in mind for this challenge.
Mindfulness: Biggest thing will be to stay off the chocolate, which has been my absolute nemesis for the last three weeks. How I’ve not put on a stone is beyond me but i’m counting my blessings that my body seems to be able to burn it off OK at the moment. Not counting chickens though so going to spend some time concentrating on mindfulness as that seems to be my downfall.

Looking forward to catching up with all of you after final weigh in tomorrow

Wow! Congratulations to all of you! It’s been fun to follow along with you. Thanks Angela for your kind words!

Mumofcrazy, prosecco is a love of mine as well. I have a couple bottles of my favorite waiting for my birthday in March. I love your plan for the future too. Congrats on fitting into your dress and joining a gym!

TumtumP, I hope you are recovering well from your surgery!

GetYourCarbon, I read recently about a study showing that people playing racquet sports had the least chance of heart disease from a group of people participating regularly in either running, cycling, swimming or racquet sports. Thanks for the Sugar Book referral!

CathyM, I’ve noticed that if I don’t get 12,13+ grams of fiber, it slows down the rate of elimination. That’s just a very informal observation though. πŸ˜€ Avocados, raspberries, and chia seeds are what I rely on the most. I’d be interested to know if others have the same experience.

  • Great progress Heaphster! And well done on your progress too, NancyB and Laura78, and sorry for anyone I’ve left off – I have been reading regularly but am useless at updating. Shanshu, how are you doing?

JulesMaigret I’m exactly the same with an all-or-nothing approach, I definitely do better as an abstainer rather than a moderator lol!

Today’s weigh in and I’m actually up 0.3kg from last week. However, I know this is most likely due to the little “extras” I’ve been slipping in over the weekend – mostly healthy, like a teaspoon of Meridian peanut butter (times three or four trips to the cupboard though!), but with the occasional less healthy, such as a small slice of cheesecake last night. This has to stop, so I’ve signed myself up for the next four week challenge on this forum too, to try and keep me on track.

I’m off to running club tonight – I went last Wednesday for the first time in three weeks, and I really struggled, but not due to fitness – I was okay for the first 20 seconds of each stint (it’s broken into distances and/or times throughout the session), but then felt like my arms and legs were made of lead and it was such an effort to keep going. I know I should persevere until I’m able to utilise my fat stores, but tonight I plan to have a slice of wholemeal bread with peanut butter an hour before I go, to see if that makes a difference. I’ve already counted it in my cals / carbs allowance for the day.

Does anyone else find they’re struggling like this when exercising? Reading on other threads, it seems to be around three weeks until you’re fat-adapted, but I parked on the top floor of the multi-storey at work this morning (three flights of stairs) and felt like I was wearing deep sea diving gear by the time I got to the top this afternoon! Any tips or advice greatly appreciated.

Hope you’ve all seen some good results this week x

  • I’d love to join you all on this four week challenge. I have a couple of meals out in the diary, but will choose wisely…

I started on 30th January but after a great first week I’ve been static for the last two at around 75kg from my starting weight of 79.8kg. Clothes are looser and I’ve lost 4cm from my tum, but I want to break this plateau so need to stop tipping over the 800cals and drink more water!

My goals are to lose at least another 3kg, to drink at least two litres of water daily, to stick to 800cals for at least 5 days out of the 7 and exercise 4 times a week.

captainlynne, thank you for posting for the past year and a bit – you have answered so many of my questions in your journey and given me inspiration.

I am a serial relapser, and was off the wagon for most of the past year. I stopped posting, and gave up. I’m back for another go now, and so, so happy to see your (and others’) success.

I am particularly worried about regain, as I’ve been a yo-yo dieter for many years, but always regaining and more besides. I just made myself laugh out loud there because I am almost back up to my heaviest weight ever, and only just restarted the 8 week programme, and there I am worrying about regaining weight I haven’t even lost yet!!

The one encouraging thing I have observed though, after falling off the BSD wagon, is that this is the only way of eating that didn’t result in a higher gain than before when I stopped doing it. It’s a very good sign that means it’s just possible this way of eating could be a better route to keeping weight off than all the others I’ve tried.

    Hi Keid,
I am restarting today….lost track over Christmas and have kept “restarting” every couple of days so now am making myself more accountable by logging on here. I plan to go sugar free (by that I mean no processed foods, shop bought biscuits, cakes, chocolate) for the next 8 weeks and keep as close to 800 as I can Monday to Friday, then ease up a little on Saturday and Sunday – which does NOT mean let loose (Note to self!!). Skipped breakfast this am, then had sardines, avocado and homemade seed crackers for lunch and planning on chicken and roast veg for dinner. I am at 78.2 kg and need to drop 20kg to get into normal BMI range, so will be doing more than 8 weeks but for now, am planning one day at a time.
Also had a nice 30 min walk today – there are definitely echoes of spring out there!!
    Best of luck all!! Corkie

Still striving for that mini-goal of 8st 9lb. Managed to get below the 9st mark, but wavering between 8st 13.8lb and 8st 12.8lb. Need to have a concerted push this week, to try to get down to at least the 8st 12lb mark. I still have a few weeks in hand, before our next trip to Turkey, but I’d really like to get to my 8st 9lb goal in comfortable time before then, so that I have a chance to push it a little lower if I can.

How is everyone else doing on the mini-goal front?

You might consider swapping the milk for cream, as it is lower in carbs than milk and although higher in cals, you only need a little, so it balances out. I actually use coconut milk in coffee and tea these days – the one I use is 181 cals and 3.6g per 100ml and I find just 15ml (27.1cals/0.54gcarbs) is enough to give a creamy taste.

Maybe you should consider dropping the red wine for a while. I find that alcohol, even in small quantities, completely screws upthe progress of my weight loss. If you could ditch it for a week or two, you might well see an improvement in the speed of your weight loss.

Well done everyone on your fantastic losses so far!

I’m on week 7 day 1 today however since I went away for a Valentine’s break on Feb 10th I’ve not been to plan and let work project stresses get to me which resulted in crisp/chocolate blips :-(. I gained 1 pound last week as a result but relieved that despite my sabotage I lost 1 pound this week bringing me back to my end of week 4 result which was 9.4lbs. I knew my weight loss would be slow compared to others but I can’t help but get disappointed when seeing how well others are doing and trying to compare my losses which is probably why I’ve let myself slip up! However if I put into context, that’s just over a 1.5lb loss per week over 6 weeks which I doubt I’d have achieved had I just attempted a standard calorie restriction, and although I haven’t measured for a few weeks I do feel like my tummy has shrunk a little – a size 16 dress I bought the week I started which was quite clingy is now too loose and some of my size 14s are starting to fit again so I have to be happy with those NSVs :-)!!

Next goal is to get to the 1 stone mark, will do my best to get there by next weigh-in. I still have another 3 stone to get me into the mid-range of normal BMI so will almost be certainly continuing beyond the 8 weeks. Despite the slip-ups I’ve felt I’ve coped better with BSD800 that I thought I would do at the start, just need to get back on the wagon and stay on!! I think I need to shake things up a bit by adding in exercise so am going to be starting some walk/run interval training to maximise the fat burning.

Hi all, just wanted to take 5 minutes to introduce myself. I’m a 46 year old father of 2 who has 100lb to lose to get to my ideal weight.

The weight started to pile on after my son was born and I stopped smoking 15 years ago. At 6’5″ I carried it well and this made it easier for it to carry on unchecked. Currently at 309lb I’m not far off my heaviest which was around 315. I’ve only ever had weight loss success with low carb and have got down to 270lb previously but a fairly decadent lifestyle, stressful job etc always seemed to break me and back up I’d go.

18 months ago I suffered a heart attack completely out of the blue and had 2 stents fitted. Despite high blood pressure (managed with medication) and being overweight I didn’t consider myself at risk. I worked out, lifting weights, doing CrossFit and had run 10 miles just a few months before. I’ve been lucky, despite the severity of the MI there is no lasting damage to my heart function. I’ve struggled to lose weight since, due to a number of factors

My big vice is wine and my ability to control this will I think, will to a huge degree impact on how successful my weight loss is.

Anyway, there are some inspirational achievements on here and so much helpful infomation that I figured joining the community could only help me stick to the plan.

Thanks and nice to meet you all!!
    πŸ™‚ Paul

  • Thanks chums, for being so kind. But I can’t think any part of my body is craving rubbish! As you’ve all said, picked up, dusted off, started all over again. Beautiful day today.
Have lost 46lbs in 4 months, loss is slowing now, maybe 20 to go to be BMI 23/24. Thinking carefully about Joining the next challenge . Might give myself 4 weeks on lots of exercise but c 1200 calories and 40g carbs just for a little rest, then pick up again in March. Thinking about it, anyway. Mkx

Angela~ You are really rocking it with the walking. Your 12 km walk was impressive!!! Sorry to hear about your blood pressure and cholesterol issues. Sounds like you are doing the right thing by just checking things out a little further! Wishing you good results. You certainly are taking good care of your health; eating right and doing exercise. So glad your family has recovered from the stomach bug and you didn’t get it :–) !

Theodora~ Your planned gourmet “spring break” trip sounds amazing! Probably will be a bit difficult to stay on the BSD plan but you’ll get back to it with fond memories of a great trip.

PEAK: Got a chance to go see 2 of our granddaughters who live 30 miles from us this weekend. My daughter in-law cooked a delicious BSD friendly meal and we all played a game after dinner. Afterward, I picked up my husband from the San Francisco airport. It was great to see him after spending the week without him. I missed him!

PIT: I haven’t gotten back to a food and exercise plan! I feel way more in control with a plan. I’m afraid I’ll gain back the weight I’ve lost if I don’t get back on plan.

Have to say that even if your OH is still looking trim and fit, that really doesn’t read like a healthy eating plan to me, Theodora. May be he should be checked to see if he is a TOFI.

Krysia – I’m not totally sure it works that way, about naturally slim people self-monitoring, though I’m sure some do. I think some must just have superfast metabolisms.

My o/h literally NEVER stops eating – he has a cooked breakfast every morning, and always has done (cereal (generally 3 weetabix), sausages, bacon, eggs, plus 3 rounds of toast, one with marmite, one with honey and one with marmalade), then soup and 3 rounds of sandwiches for lunch, then a 3 course dinner every evening (and HUGE portions). Add to that “elevensies” of 4 or 5 digestive biscuits, afternoon tea of 3 or 4 buttered crumpets or similar, a late night snack of more sandwiches, and at least 5 pieces of fruit a day. He also drinks a couple of pints of beer a day, more on Fridays and Saturdays, and generally has half a bottle of wine with dinner. But he still weighs exactly the same as the day I met him – and whilst he keeps himself relatively fit, cycling approx. 60 miles twice a week, the rest of the time he is sedentary and I cannot believe he can possibly burn that amount of calories! But I guess he must!! I do, worry though, that he is a TOFI and that he is not as healthy as he looks. His doctor doesn’t seem worried though.

Having written all that lot down, I’m now thinking that, having lived with and catered for that sort of appetite for nigh on 50 years, it’s surprising I’m not even more overweight than I am!! πŸ˜‰

I agree also about not going back to normal eating. My so called ‘normal eating’ was anything but ‘normal’ so I can never go back to it. I am at the moment in the process of finding out what normal eating really is.

Have noticed something really interesting. Was quite hungry for a few days and ate more calories but kept carbs low. Then for the last three days have just not been hungry so have eaten a lot less calories. So I wonder if this is how naturally slim people stay slim. If you don’t eat the bad white stuff you have a normal appetite and don’t have cravings for the bad stuff – you just eat what your body needs.

    Hi All

As a newbie of 1 week and 1 day, I have been following your thread with interest. I started reading from the beginning and then couldn’t stop! Well done to all of you, you have done so well and you have been very supportive of each other. I lost 6lbs in week 1 which I am delighted about and now I just have 15lbs to lose. I have found following the diet pretty easy. I don’t have breakfast and start eating at lunch time following the 16:8 fasting regime. It works really well for me as breakfast has always just made me feel hungrier. I am still exercising doing 3 spinning classes and some weights (I find weights so dull) and I have been fine. As the weather gets lighter I will also do more cycling and kayaking too. My aches and pains in my knees have improved and I’m hoping my sleep will too at some point. I struggle to do the 10,000 steps as my job is very sedentary, although the frequent loo visits do help a little! I’m not diabetic but getting near retirement and I want to make sure I am as fit as possible so I can do the activities I love as long as possible. I love chocolate and cake but I know this is not the way to go health wise. Luckily I also love healthy food which is a bonus. Thanks for inspiring me as you have. I feel sad that some of you are coming to the end of you 8 weeks as I guess this thread will get quieter however I am of course delighted for you too. jackie.

  • Thanks for starting another challenge, Marsie, to keep us motivated, and great to see so many people joining already.

I am on Day 1, Week 6, and I seem to have hit yet another plateau (my 2nd so far) and only lost 0.5lbs in the past 7 days, though 17lbs since I started.

I refuse to set myself up to fail, so am giving myself hopefully achievable goals in this challenge. So my personal challenge is to, firstly break this blooming plateau and not encounter a 3rd, and secondly to get my BMI to under 26.

If I get there sooner, then I will update my target BMI so that I have something else to work towards.

Come on Challengers, let’s all gird our loins and get this weight MOVING πŸ™‚

PEAK:- My lovely o/h surprised me this morning by telling me he has booked a “gourmet” spring break for us – 10 course “taster” meal on the first evening, 4 course gourmet meal the next, wines included πŸ™‚

PIT:- My lovely o/h surprised me this morning by telling me he has booked a “gourmet” spring break for us – 10 course “taster” meal on the first evening, 4 course gourmet meal the next, wines included πŸ™

Hey ho, his heart is in the right place, bless him.

Hmmm, just posted in this thread, but it seems to have disappeared! πŸ™

I’ll try again! Well done Ebs and Juliet, fantastic results both of you.

Ebs, it must be great to be doing BSD together. My o/h is one of those truly annoying people who can eat and drink whatever he likes (and, believe me, he does!!!) without putting on an ounce. We have been together for nearly 50 years and he still weighs the same as the day we met! To be fair, though, he is supportive of me doing BSD as long as he doesn’t have to go without, so I cook 2 meals most evenings – and he always has 3 courses! He does, however, make the concession of having a beer with his supper (which won’t tempt me) rather than opening a bottle of wine (which would).

Anyway, Day 1, Week 6 for me, I have lost a total of 17lbs, but I am sorry to report that I seem to have plateaued again! I came home from a 10 day holiday last Tuesday to the lovely and unexpected surprise that I had lost 3.5lbs whilst away πŸ™‚ Not bad considering we seemed to spend half the holiday eating and drinking! However, since then – and despite the fact that I have been sticking religiously to BSD800, and doing 16/8 to boot, I have only lost 0.5lbs which is rather disappointing.

I was hoping to lose a total of 28lbs in the 8 weeks but, as I only have 2 weeks left, this is looking way out of reach, in this round at least. But I shall keep on keeping on until I reach my target. In fact, I have now decided to make my target 32lbs, but I am whispering that as I don’t want to frighten the lovely Whoosh Fairy away πŸ™‚

Hope everyone has a good BSD day, and well done everyone, whether losing or not – it is the trying to take control that counts.

    Hi Apple
I’m in a similar boat to you but have even more weight to shift so I can totally sympathise with you. It can feel like an horrendous mountain to climb cant it?
I started last week and have been amazed at how quickly I have adapted to the dietary changes but and the weight loss on the scales this morning made me smile for the first time in a long long time. here’s hoping we both manage to reach our goals whatever they may be. Good Luck – Maggie xx

Well done, Ebs and Juliet – fantastic results for both of you.

Ebs, it must be great to be able to do BSD together – my o/h is one of those truly annoying people who never stop eating (anything and everything) and drinking, and yet never puts on an ounce – been together nearly 50 years and he still weighs the same as when we met! To be fair, he is being quite supportive of me doing BSD as long as he doesn’t have to go without. He still expects all his normal carbs etc, but will have a beer with his supper (which won’t tempt me) instead of opening a bottle of wine (which would!)

I was hoping to lose 28lbs in the 8 weeks, and so far only 17lbs have gone, so that target is looking way out of reach, at least in this first round of 8, as I only have 2 weeks left, but I shall keep on keeping on, and in fact I am now hoping to lose a total of 32lbs (but am saying that quietly as I don’t want to frighten the Whoosh Fairy away πŸ˜‰ )

Hello everyone, I actually started last week all on my own so can I be an honorary member of the 20th Feb club?
I weighed myself this morning and have lost 8.5lb in my first week (no idea what that is in kg but google’s converter says it’s 3.8kg?), so I’m feeling really positive so far.
I can honestly say that I haven’t felt hungry once, but mentally still obsessing a bit about needing something sweet.
Have just eaten my lunch in my office because there were so many lovely cakes and snacks and sandwiches in the staff kitchen, I’m not sure I would have had the strength to sit in there yet! Venturing in shortly to top up the water bottle but may just have to run in and run out today! I know it will get better, but just for these first couple of weeks it will be so easy to fall off the wagon and I refuse to do that this time. I am determined this change to my eating will work!
I hope you all have a good first day – thinking positive thoughts for us all. xxxx

  • Hi there, I will be in. I had wanted to get to 11 stone before my trip to Alicante on 7th April, but it is still 6lbs away as I have only managed a total of 2lbs on the last challenge. I still have 3 weeks to my HbA1c and just over 3 to my doctor visit. I want BG to be 5.5 and weight down to 72 kg – sorry I mix my kgs with my stones but my scales weigh in kgs and my doctor understands kgs, but I convert to stones to share my results with my daughter. It is a family affair. Anyway, I will keep on keeping on… It is now nearly 8 months since I started this plan so I dont give up easily and not ready for a break yet.

See you all tomorrow with my new weight.

This seems to be the pattern! I lost the 2lbs that inexplicably went on and an additional 2lbs.

A very annoying blob but at least I know I’m not alone. I don’t think I upped my water intake much to be fair. I kept meaning to!!!

  • Afternoon All,

Count me in. I’m looking to:

    * Weight – drop 5lbs over the period, which will take my total loss to six stone (84lb) since September. 7lb would put me to within a stone of target.
    * Exercise – Keep up the current weights/resistance regime (3 times per week – RFU ‘Veterans’ regime) and training (once per week as part of prep for Supervets game in April)
    * Walking – keep up the steps to over 14000 per day average and get at least one fifteen miler as part of the prep for my Autumn “Marathon”.

    Need to focus more…

    Hi JanneB
I also drank more and lost 2lb this week 😊.
I’ve also invested in a blender so I’ll see have drinking shakes for breakfast affects this week.
