  • Hi YBR, I often do Futurelearn courses and have done several on diabetes but will take a look at this one in case it is something new. You might also take a look at one called Super Foods, Fact or Fiction or something like that, it was an eyeopening into the world of advertising and how we get fooled and what is the real truth about things such as goji berries, kale, etc.

  • Nice to see so many of you on this weekly journey with us and with such enthusiasm. For those of you who are feeling the cold and not sleeping well you should do what I have done. It is a bit old ladyish. We have bought an electric blanket. Dual controls, washable, 3 temperatures. We set it an hour before bed and turn it off when we go and it is like slipping into a warm bath. I have never been a good sleeper but this has been a game changer.

I stopped logging all my food when the app I used closed down. I have logged onto FatSecret which I dont like but also with MyFitnessPal which is okay. However, I got a bit of a shock when I logged todays food and came in at over 1000 cals. Just shows we dont know it all. Fortunately, I logged before I ate so have managed to tweak it down to around 900 for the day. Put in my measurements which I will update weekly along with my weight. I love charting things and having a graphic to follow.

My book arrived today and I am looking forward to reading MM’s words of wisdom. Dont expect much difference from his other books (I have read BSD800 and Fast800) but always enjoy having something to read in English.

Have a good rest of the week everyone.

Stumbled on an app called RecipeIQ, similar to FatSecrets I think. I downloaded it and as I was making some almond crackers today, decided to used it to calculate their values.
Seems yo do a very good job, presents all macros, but the recipe header displays cals, carbs, fat and protein, with fibre and additional info being found on the more detailed nutrition page.
The app is free and seems to be very simple to use … I’m not hugely tech savvie and coped well with it. Just thought others might like to take a look at it too.

  • Started today and OK so far.
I started a little futurelearn course on Diabetes: https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/reversing-diabetes-fact-or-fiction
I managed to resist the tub of sweets & mince pies in the office at work, then came home ‘cos it’s too cold in the office (workmen have the fire-escape door open brrr…)
Cauliflower rice I’ve found odd, in the sense of unfamiliar – but definitely edible!

    Hi
I’m in Australia and have just found this forum. In the morning its 100 days till Easter Sunday. So here goes.
3 years ago I was 160 pounds. I got down to 136 pounds in about 9 months using the 5:2 diet. Since then I have crept back to 144 pounds and it is time to lose the last bit of weight. I should be about 126 pounds (9st). Not expecting to be there by Easter but that’s ok. I feel I need to do the 800 cal plan for a little while and then see.
Take care everyone and good luck. Tracy

I use Forums – Latest Forums Posts and then see all the recent posts, rather than checking or subscribing to each thread, which may be why I randomly answer on some threads.
My new MM book is due today, so I’ll have a read. I must be honest, I have never looked at my fibre values when tracking previously. I just looked in MFP from earlier days on the BSD and probably because I’m too tight to pay for the premium service, it doesn’t show fibre values. I may have a look at MyFatSecret mentioned on here, and see what it’s like.

I’ve been so lucky because I never suffered carb flu even in the very early days when I started low carbing. I sympathise with all who are suffering and hope you’re get over it soon.
Wendy I agree not much new in the book but I still think it helps to renew enthusiasm. Thanks for the link the website looks good.
Also Elle-Mae thanks for the chicken recipe I’ll definitely try that one out.
Well I’m managing to increase fibre and should be up to 18g today which is a vast improvement on my starting point of 5.7g. I’ve started including psyllium, flax and the odd slice of low carb seeded bread.
Must admit I’m getting so confused with all the emails from different threads I think I might just dip into the forums and catch up that way!
Anyway, just started snowing here, have a good day wherever you are.

  • It’s freezing, rainy and very windy here in Northern Ireland. I didn’t sleep well either Florab. Think maybe I have carb flu too, gonna try a sugar free electrolyte drink.
Ruby hope you like the cardomon chicken, couldn’t do mussels 🤢

Lots and lots of posts! It’s great to see so many on our bus.
I’m feeling pretty good, sticking to carbs, proteins and cals so far. Lots of water and lots of walking.
I’ve been doing pseudo push ups for 6 months, leaning forward about 3 feet from the kitchen bench and doing 24 bench push ups and it’s not easy but also not hard. Now I’m doing planks as well and that is HARD! Started at 25 seconds, now 35 seconds. Not much but it’s killing my abs 😂 but I hadn’t realised I still have abs so win win.
I’m enjoying salads, not usually a salad fan but they have been delicious in the humid weather that is summer in Sydney.

Arctic Fox, I’m glad to know where you live because I’ve wondered about that over the years. Jgwen, good to see you in the group but I’m sorry you haven’t been well. I hope you are in a better place soon.

JGwen!! It’s lovely to have you back again. We have all really missed you. But I’m so sorry to hear how ill you have been. It sounds awful and I’m glad that you are now on the road to recovery. I hope that we will be good company for you on this journey and help to lift your spirits as well as encourage your renewed low carb eating. But as Cathy has said, take it steadily: the most important thing now is to build up your strength and immune system again.

Arcticfox thanks for sharing more about your life. What a time you’ve been having! I’m just glad you are ok, even though I don’t envy you the daily snow management routines 🙃 But it sounds spectacular.

Jax61 it’s funny you should post about the minimum 1000 calorie limit on My Fitness Pal, as I’d noticed yesterday the same thing with Fitbit. Thanks for the tip off about Fatsecret JGwen.

Sue I’ve done the same as you with the new book, just skimmed through quickly then gone through the recipes. I’ll be off shopping today, and hope I have more success than you do. To be honest though, many of the recipes are very similar to what is in his other books so there weren’t too many major revelations. But nice to have some new ideas and, as someone else said earlier, the calorie limits and recipes seem to be perhaps a little more lenient than before?

Well the soupmaker didn’t get christened yesterday. I took the dog for a very long walk (great for the steps!) and ran out of time, so just had a mug of miso soup instead. This morning it will be a case of brunch late morning as I have an early afternoon appointment and plan to go out around midday to get shopping on the way.

I had mostly a good day yesterday: scrambled egg for breakfast, miso soup for lunch, and a prawn stir fry with lentil noodles for dinner. I confess to then having 2 plastic cups of wine at a gig in the evening as hubby kindly offered to drive. But still hoping to make my 2lb off target by tomorrow. Will report back in due course . . . .

  • It is FLIPPING COLD Ruby! I’m lying in bed still (I didn’t get to sleep till 5am in my defence!) and have about fifteen blankets on top of me as I can’t stop shivering!!

My plan for today once I warm up is drink allllll the water, try and exist through carb flu, some description of bits on a plate for lunch and I might try and adapt a kung pao chicken recipe for dinner, I reckon I can do it. Or turkey burgers with harissa roasted veg 🤔

    Hello everyone 🙂
It’s great to read so many posts!
I haven’t started ‘properly’ yet as I really wanted to start with the Fast 800 Keto plan but my book didn’t arrive until late yesterday. I had put off putting in my online grocery order until I had the book and the meal plans. I didn’t have time to read the book last night but quickly jumped to the recipes and ordered lots of random ingredients! A lot of the other ones I already have or already order regularly anyway. So I was looking forward to starting properly tomorrow, when my grocery order comes. But I just got an email notification for unavailable items and there are SO many! And so many unsuitable (for me) substitutes… I’m sure they try their best but it gets a little frustrating at times when you have to wait another week or two before being able to get an ingredient. I will have to tweak some of the recipes I think 🤔.

Today wasn’t too bad, I had my booster injection yesterday and felt a bit rough today, feverish & achy and just generally unwell, so I kept my meals simple. I made scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, feta and avocado from the new book and had that for brunch, then at dinner time I really didn’t feel well enough to cook so heated up a tin of vegetable soup from my pantry and had a cup of that with some low carb toast. Not quite on plan but at least I was able to keep calories low and carbs under 50g.
Tonight I really felt like ice cream (my throat is a little sore) but had a cup of eggnog flavoured tea instead – lots of flavour, soothing on the throat and minimal calories 🙂
I haven’t exercised as much as I’d like to have this week. I had a long walk on Monday, a 1 hour one on Tuesday, but none yesterday or today. If I feel better tomorrow I’ll go for a walk during my lunch break, I’d prefer to go early morning but I have my online order coming then.

Tomorrow is Friday which is my regular weigh in day. I’ll weigh in even though I haven’t ‘properly’ started yet. At the very least I will have maintained my weight since Monday, and possibly will have lost a little.

Now I’m off to read my new book! Then I can plan the next few days meals. I really want to stay on plan for at least the first 2 weeks, including no wine 🍷 (eeek!). Happy Scales is predicting I’ll be at goal on 9 June – this is at 1/2kg per week, so I hope to be well on the way to goal by the end of this trip 🙂

Take care all, it’s getting a bit crazy out there!

The cardamom chicken sounds good – may be an idea for supper tonight.
I did not buy nuts when shopping last night, in fact no snacks of any kind made it into the trolley 🙂 – feeling very smug!
I did buy a net of Scottish mussels and we had a version of Breton mussels for supper last night, with added sliced fennel and samphire to get some greens in the bowl – very yummy!
The turkey soup is now finished, so today’s soup will be a mixed veg/tomato based soup, served with a few thin slices of nduja – they pack a lot of flavour.
Breakfast was poached egg/s with ratatouille, nice and warming on a cold, clear and crisp day (my car was saying -6.5°C at 08h00 this morning, in rural Buckinghamshire).

    Hi everyone,
An ok day for me. Quite a stressful day at work as I’m back on emergency support and I was doing loads of paperwork that is totally new to me. Don’t want to mess it up when the people at the other end have been through so much. I definitely had chocolate cravings by early afternoon, but I didn’t have any in the house, so too bad for me. I’m even running out of cocoa powder, so I’m rationing it. I made a pledge to eat out of my store cupboard and freezer for January, so I’m not going shopping for more cocoa just yet.
For those wondering where I am, I’ve always been a bit mum about that, but outed myself to some on this forum this year as being from British Columbia due to our natural disasters (scorching heat, devastating wildfires, massive and catastrophic flooding), which apparently hit the international news. At least in the UK, Australia and France. We still haven’t recovered from the flooding. My old office building was under water and experienced structural damage, so no one has been able to go back there to work yet. Major highways are still either closed or only open to commercial traffic. Not a great time of year for travelling anyway with the extreme cold and winter weather we’ve got now, so it’s just as well, and at least the supermarkets are back to being nearly 100% stocked again.
Jax – you might like it here this year. We’ve got at least 60cm of snow on the ground at the moment, and another 20cm in the forecast over the next 2 days. That’s a lot more shovelling that will need to be done! Another sub -20C night tonight, but then it should warm up into single digits during the day after that which will feel positively tropical after the sub -30 C days we were having a couple of weeks ago. It’s not much fun when it is that cold. I had to try to remember not to remove my gloves when I was trying to do farm chores where I normally would remove them, because my skin would start to burn on contact with the cold air.

I’m a mix love sprouts, can eat avocado but like fish got to be in the mood, olives and marmite a big nooooo from me 😆
I do love the cardamom chicken recipe.

So far I’m on day 5 have done okay, apart from last night, was first day back after the holidays and just felt the cravings building throughout the day and it put me in such a bad mood so caved in the evening but its all back on track again today, so it seems I’m going to be in for a bumpy start but it will settle in no time I’m sure.

  • Hi all! Happy New Year! Good to see so many of us back and keen to reset iam also easing back in and then me and my other half will start tracking and weighing properly next week.
I have just quit my job and have an eight week notice period, so am hoping to use these 8 weeks as I wind down work wise to focus on my eating and exercise. Hopefully I can feel good going into my new job and will have developed healthy habits by the time I take up my new post. Today is the first day I felt like I haven’t over eaten since the festive period and I took myself to body pump this evening. Really looking forward to getting stuck in. Think I will re read the book, but am also interested in looking at the 800 Keto book, so might purchase that.
Might also dip into the countdown to Easter thread

    Hi All
I too have been wondering where Arctic Fox lives. I have always wanted to live somewhere that has a snowy winter.
I was very sorry to hear about your illness JGwen, it sounds horrendous. Hopefully you are coming out the other side now.
ClarinetCathy, well done on your work at the vaccination centre. I retired from the NHS in July 20 but went back to set up our local vaccination centre. I loved doing it and it was a priviledge to be involved. I do remember how cold it was and shivering in my coat!
I have a question. I have started to log my food on my fitness pal but it doesn’t like anything under 1000 cals a day. Is there something I can use that works with this diet?
I went to body pump tonight and am horrified that my muscle strength has deteriorated hugely. I hate pump classes but I know I must do some weights and resistance training as it’s hugely important when older.

So many posts here and on the weekly thread – it is difficult to keep up!
First a big welcome to JGwen, so pleased to see you back, but really sorry to hear how ill you have been. Very best wishes for 2022 and that you soon start to feel back on track. Cathy I am always impressed by those who are combining this woe with a work routine. Good for you. DCT How was the soup?
I am plugging on – managed to decline a slice of gingerbread and a piece of Dutch apple pie today. It felt powerful! I haven’t really encountered carb flu this time because of the painkillers for my back so that’s a silver lining.
Yesterday I had roast beef with left over ratatouille, then fasted until brunch today. That wasn’t really the plan, but it felt good that I could do it. Today was the usual yoghurt and berries, Mediterranean soup with grated cheese (OK I confess it was the rest of the ratatouille whizzed up!). Tonight pork chop with carrots and mushrooms. Haven’t weighed myself yet, but I do feel less bloated, and certainly less heartburn – definitely an improvement.
    Onwards and hopefully downwards.

    Hello everyone
Good to see you’re joining us next week Yowser- I love your humour and words of wisdom for us all.
JGwen- so lovely to see you’re back with us too and so sorry to hear how poorly you have been. Well done for getting back on the bus and from what you’ve said, you’ve been really quite poorly so I think you should take things slowly and concentrate on nourishing your body back to health. The low carb way of eating will help you I am sure. Nice to see you back.
Wendleg thank you for popping by to say hello and for your kind and inspiring words.
Caronl – your ratatouille tray bake sounds delicious- I’m going to steal that idea and have it with some Halloumi!
Some great weight losses being recorded already this week! Well done everyone for getting into the swing of things so quickly!
I’ve been back at work today and I was absolutely starving! I had some Greek yoghurt before work and for lunch I had a crustless quiche and some salad. I knew as soon as I had eaten my lunch that I was still hungry! I felt like a drug addict coming off the sugar today. I have had some roasted sprouts and a couple of vegetarian sausages for my evening meal and a high protein yoghurt. I am so tired tonight after working all day today and it was so cold in the vaccination centre. I find that don’t sleep well when I restart low carb- just don’t feel tired when I go to bed. Hopefully I will be in ketosis tomorrow so I will feel less hungry. I could easily have blown it today it I am glad I was strong!

It is in the Fast Easy 800 book page 141
    This is what I did

    Serves 2 305 calories 8g carbs
1 tbs olive oil, 1 onion finely chopped, 2 peppers cut into 2cm chunks, 8 cardomon pods (I added extra) crushed and seeds removed (I prefer it that way, but you could just chuck them in as recipe says), 2 chicken breasts in chunks, 2 cm finely chopped ginger, 1 TSP cumin seeds (I had run out so used ground), 1/2tsp chilli flakes, 1 TSP garam masala, 200ml chicken stock, 2 tbs creme fraiche, handful chopped coriander.
Cook onion, peppers, oil in pan until onions start to brown. Add chicken and ginger for 3 mins, add cumin, chilli and garam masala for 30 seconds stirring. Add stock, season and coriander, simmer for 20 mins. Add creme fraiche and cook for another 2 mins.

I have posted a photo of it.

Hi Everyone, I would like to catch the bus again.

For those who do not know me, I was a regular poster on the forum, but hit a bump in the road in June. I caught a virus , I don’t know if it was Covid because I was too ill to have been thinking logically, I wasn’t in a fit state to drive myself to the nearest testing station, 25 minutes away, so I just spent my time between the couch and bathroom. After a few weeks the cough until you vomit period ended, but it was another 5 months before I got back to not struggling out of breath after just a short walk.

I have been feeling sorry for myself, as while I am not back to the start point, I have regained a lot of inches. – What was getting to me was the feeling that after all this time, if I couldn’t go back to slightly higher than keto levels of carbs without blowing up like a balloon I was obviously never going to get to where I wanted my base body shape to be.

I have spent a couple of hours today watching a few short videos from Dr Bikman, and was cheered up by a section on how inflammation causes insulin resistance. It has sort of clicked with me that I am not a failure, and it was the infection which was stronger than anything I could do with eating control.

It would depress me too much to get on the scales at present. – Instead my target for the next couple of weeks is to starting with a week of fat fasting, and then back to logging with fatsecret, I don’t have the lung capacity at present to reliably use a breathalyser to test for ketones.

I think it will be a while before I get back to counting steps, but it does sound like a good idea, I was thinking it would be nice to go back to swimming during my weekly visit to town.

V, know what you mean about having to think about what day it is, not yet automatic for me again either. You’re right, this time of year is not very condusive to feelings if wellbeing. Very much trying to focus on the days getting longer! Well done on your food tracking and tackling macros, I’ve never got to grips with those myself … closest I get is pulling down the carbs to sub 20g, if I’m really focused. The thought of tracking more than that, boggles my mind.

Yowser, have a wonderful break, it sounds idyllic. Sorry, but I can’t share your enthusiasm for Jan 1st 😄, January is definitely one of my least favourite months, along with the rest of the winter months. Do support your sentiments about new starts though, we can claim as many of those as we like, need or require … and they all count.

Okay, well let’s see what positives I can find for today …
🎄 christmas is back in the loft … done, dusted and of no concern for the next 10mths.
🐟 had some lovely salmon for dinner, along with roast cauli and some green veggies. So enjoying ‘normal’ food again.
📖 new diary set up with significant dates and other vital info.
🤭 exchanging emails with the resort, to sneakily arranging a vow renewal for OH and I 🥰 while we are on our 25th wedding anniversary trip in October …. Exciting!
🌸 still have some summer flowers in the garden, including a rose, anenome, fuschia and a nasturtium!

Take a look and see what positives have been part of your day, I’m sure you’ll find some.

Inulin is great Verano, I stir a scoop of powder into my coffee and you can’t taste it!

Re the chia seeds, I know you’re not keen but could just sprinkle some on a salad or something, I’ve also used them milled before (I milled them in my spice grinder) as a binder in meatballs or burgers, you can’t taste them!

  • Thank you Sunny!

I’ve just finished my day with chicken in a mustard sauce with purple broccoli and Brussels sprouts

For lunch I had some cold chicken, pickled onions, a bit of cheese and some walnuts

Skipped breakfast but had a black coffee, and a glass of sparkling water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

The salt in dinner definitely helping with the carb flu, hoping an early night and plenty of water tomorrow will see off the worst of it!

    Stats for today

    794 calories
    32g fat
    20.9 carbs
    13g fibre (could be improved!)
80g protein (bit on high side)

Lauren, the almond cracker recipe is somewhere amongst the recipes on here, but happy to outline it again. I rarely weigh the ingredients these days though, so can’t speak for the cals/carbs, you’d need to work that out yourself, according yo quantities you use.
So, I make them with almond flour, ground flax seed
psyllium husk and whole chia, then chuck in whatever additional seeds (sesame, nigella, poppy seeds) or flavourings (rosemary, paprika, coriander, nutmeg etc) that I fancy …. or indeed other spices and/or herbs.
I mix the dry ingredients together, before adding either a whole egg or egg white (the later provides less cals of course), plus enough water to bring everything together to make a fairly wet dough. The secret when rolling out the dough, is the do this between two sheets of baking parchment, so that you can get it really thin. Score the rolled out dough, then place the parchment with the scored dough onto a baking sheet and bake in a medium oven.
Keep an eye on them, as the can very quickly go from almost done to burnt! I find that it helps to break up the crackers periodically during baking and rearrange them on the sheet, so they dry out evenly. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container. I personally don’t fuss about neat edges, so end up with some oddly shaped crackers.
The above sounds like a huge faff and very time consuming, but in reality it only takes about half an hour to produce a batch.

Elle … cardamom is one of my very fab flavours, so could you share your chicken recipe please?

Oh so good to see everyone checking back in and sending you all a massive hug ! Love the enthusiasm , let’s keep that going ! You are all on the new list !

I always feel comforted when I see everyone posting .We are like one big family and care about each other !

Avocados ? Love em, all nuts too ! Dunno how to eat Marmite without toast . I can’t be trusted around nuts so am being very cautious and not eating them . For crunch I like to roast a few sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a pan and rescue them before they burn. They taste very toasty and are quite satisfying eaten with some avocado, lettuce and fermented veg ( I don’t count that because MM says I don’t have to !!)
There aren’t many foods I don’t like to be honest. I do feel it’s a victory not to be tempted by alcohol, white carbs like bread, pasta, rice ,potatoes etc but sugar has proved to be alive and kicking as an addiction 🙁
I need to wean myself off wanting something sweet but am allowing a few raspberries and a spoonful of Greek yoghurt if needed.

I made some tray bake ratatouille today too . I think it was caronl’s recipe on the Easter thread ? Not sure . It was a nice way of doing it . I don’t peel garlic and just throw in the cloves which go mushy like a purée when cooked .

If you really want to eat avocado you could try blitzing it in a smoothie ? I seem to remember it can be used in a sort of keto chocolate mousse too but I am not going to venture there . I saw in the new Fast 800 keto book that there are recipes for pancakes, muffins etc . I just dare not go there as I need to work on keeping my sweet tooth in check .

V, as far as the new book is concerned , I don’t think I have learnt anything new. Maybe keeping an eye on protein levels. I am presently checking out the recipes to get some new ideas .I also follow Dr Clare Bailey’s instagram posts for any new recipes.I also like divalicious
    https://divaliciousrecipes.com

I think we know what to do now but we still have work to do on portion control, comfort and emotional eating, managing stress etc and that is my focus for sure.

I never eat breakfast as it’s just a habit not to eat before lunch time now and I am trying to eat earlier so I have a long stretch before I eat again. Like V I have a new journal I use to log my foods.I haven’t got round to using the apps again yet . I still swear by my Carb and Calorie counter picture book which also gives fat, protein and fibre counts

That’s what is going on with me . Everyone is doing brilliantly .Lauren ride out the carb flu !
    All the best everyone !

WOW! So good to be travelling with avocado, olive and sprout lovers!
Marmite is a step too far for me. But I must buy some Brazil nuts, I love them!
For bread lovers in the UK there is one very low carb bread, 3.4g a slice but 80cals. Not sure I can advertise but take a look at Waitrose.

    Hi.
Hope Wednesday has been good so far. Must admit I had to think twice about about what day it is! All these bank holidays have me in a twizz.
Sunny, great to hear you are continuing your date nights but maybe even better that you’re being taken out! Glad you’re feeling better I think it’s the time of the year when we all feel under par.
I do have one positive ……
⚖️🖋📕 Weighed and logged all my food today … day 2 … has to be good!
Still juggling macros but that will come in time at least I’m weighing and logging …. feels good.
    Have a good evening.

  • I too love nuts but can restrict myself unlike Ruby 😂 – I eat nuts most days, a handful of almonds or walnuts or cashews or macadamia, just not manky Brazil 😂

    Olives 🤢

Marmite is nice on a twiglet! Also though I have used marmite in the past in sauces for a bit of umami – it does a similar thing to soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce, or use it to coat a piece of chicken for the last 10 mins cooking! Gives it a nice salty glaze!

Olives – any type, any time, love them!
    Brussel sprouts – love them!
Marmite – love that too, just don’t eat it anymore as nothing to spread it on.
Best thing since sliced bread? Haven’t eaten commercial sliced bread in years and don’t plan to 😉

I must be the odd one out … I love avocado… with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon or filled with canned tuna, salmon or prawns with a mayo sauce, or just ‘au naturale’. I guess it’s a bit like marmite!
I also love all types of olives which I think are again a bit like marmite but we are all so different. It never fails to amaze me how foods reviewed on website range from ‘best thing since sliced bread’ to ‘poison’. We’re all so different but that’s great.

Thanks Sunny. I have 500g of psyllium, 225g linseed and 200g chia , none of which had been opened although a couple of them are past their ‘best by’ date. Must admit I tend ignore that with dry goods. Anyway think it’ll take me a while to plod through this lot …. then I’ll be ready for a change! Inulin might do the trick.

  • Ruby, your avocado is my Brazil nuts, and also my avocado, I can’t bear it either 😂

Harissa is lovely, I use a rose harissa paste and a little goes a long way but makes SUCH a difference flavour wise, I often use it to roast vegetables or coat halloumi or chicken for a bit of punch!

I’m powering through, I haven’t caved yet to something carby even though my brain feels like it wants to climb out through my eyeballs!! I’ve changed my plan for dinner tonight to now be chicken in a mushroom and mustard sauce, was just going to do spicy chicken but the sauce is highly seasoned so I’m hoping that helps with the electrolyte balance thing!!
