It was really good Yowzer, it was part of a Tesco meal deal, ranch steak or something, it had peppercorns on it and garlic butter (but I don’t eat butter and hubby doesn’t have butter on steak) and it only took 4 minutes to cook. It was really tasty. I got Broccoli, Edamame and Peas as a side dish in a chilli dressing… didn’t read the small print where it said with bloody Feta on it (don’t eat cheese…). It was enough on a plate with onions and mushrooms, to be honest. Didn’t miss the chips 😉 Got sister in law coming tomorrow with her husband, possibly mother in law and my nephew, and then we’re off on Monday. My eldest’s face lit up and he said ‘Peace!’ bless him, he’s moidered to hell with the younger three, they all adore him, and he’s patient as anything with them. I countered his peace with ‘So you can revise for your resits!’ and his face fell… lol. My bad.

I never have any luck in M&S usually, when I want one for myself Frog, the fridges are always bare! It’s like there’s some stampede for a ‘never to be repeated’ offer or something 😮 I haven’t sampled a Waitrose one yet. Looking forward to my wine sat outside the pod at night reading, and also nervous about it. I’m not a good drunk when I’m carb laden. Lol.

I know I’m definitely doing 2 litres a day minimum, I fill a 1 litre bottle up and it comes with me wherever I go, in or out. But it’s been really warm here today. If I drink too much now though, I’ll be up all night peeing.

I think Lucky sneaked a few 1000 steps on the treadmill this afternoon because until an hour beforehand I was in the lead! Just didn’t have the energy to get out for a final push tonight! Good duelling tho, both of you! I’m game for more!! Have given in and come to bed. How rubbish on a child free sat night are we?!

I was just going to ask Tokyo/Janey. I’m going away Monday until Saturday. I won’t be able to sync my band as it’s on my iPad and I won’t have t’internet. Shall we do a week’s duel from tonight? Hi Avila – Glad you like my blog 🙂 If you peaked at the rest of it, you’ll see its a tech blog, with lots of reviews (see menu) with articles every day on a weekday. Except I have now made Monday’s the diet post day. And then I created a special section on my tech blog for this diet.

My goals. Start weight 21st 10lbs. End weight 12st 7lbs. Total to lose 9st 3lbs. Or a reduction in my size by 45% exactly. That’s the weight bit. Then there’s the let’s get the internals healthy as well – blood sugars/pressure etc…

Yowser49 – So my dogs are George (light), and 2 girls Fury (black) and Tiggy (choc). George and Fury are 4yrs old, Tiggy is 2.75 yrs old. If you also looked at my photostream on Flickr, you would have seen the recent photos from today and then going back in time. They are lucky to have Dartmoor as their back garden and they absolutely love it. You can see by their smiles 🙂

its a preventative drug against HIV – it’s been in the news this week as the NHS were taken to court because they’d said it wasn’t down to them to provide it, although they lost the case.
I was interested in the subject because I was working for an AIDS related charity when the responsibilities for sexual health were switched from the NHS to Local Authorities in 2013, and the charity commenced the successful trials on this use of the drug back then.
This weeks’ publicity about the judgement also set many the tabloids, and some panel embers on the program, off on homophobic rants that sounded more like the 1980’s.

Tokyo14 – yes it would be bizarre if taken literally. I had my breakfast shake (fage full fat yoghurt, green tea, blueberries, flax seeds) with 2 double espressos. I find the coffee helps keep me full, although it’s quite strong so I have to limit myself to no more than 3 double expresso a day.
