    Snack: Red Delicious Apple

    DAY 2 Thurs 21 July

    Breakfast: Never eats to fullfill 18 hour intermittent fast daily
    Coffee, tea, and tablespoon of coconut oil

    Lunch: 4 eggs spanish omlette with mozzarella

    Snack: 1 Cup of milk with ground flaxseed

    Dinner: Chicken leg stirfry with spinach coconut flakes 1 zuccini and chicken broth

    Did my 20 minute daily walk. I am going faster now when not eating Drakes Coffee Cake.

    The flaxseed drink flush out my colon very well. Gets the job done in constipation with my ginger tea.

    OMG! I felt so alive today! 10:00 Am and on my way to Opening Day at Saratoga Raceway and CASINO. No, I am not alive today from the raceway park. IT IS FROM MY START AGAIN ON PANCHAKARMA< AYURVEDIC INDIAN medicine.

    A video to watch above on it. It may look crazy getting herbal remedies massaged in skin and steam baths. But, it beats any other way of getting rid of toxins in your body and extra fat. 6,000+ years of Ayurveda Medicine.

    I feel so alive because:

    Mucus gone in nasal passage
    skin is smooth
    digesting much much better
    less hunger pains
    hair is smooth silky and shiny like a diamond ring

    It is worth every penny doing this once a week. Maybe I should do it 2-3 times….. but gets costly.

    My Ayuveda Doctor said keep it up on your Kryptonite: Dairy and cheeses. Cheese and Ice Cream: My Kryptonite. What is your KRYPTONITE? Chocolate and sugar I can live without. But not dairy foods. GREAT TO HAVE A DOCTOR SUPERVISION ON THIS STUFF. Yes, they are doctor, just like accupunturists.

    I never used Indian medicine before moving there 5 years ago to Pune, India. I was healthy then. And then life changing experiences came and made me gain 80 pounds in the past 5 years when moved back to Jersey Shore. Time for a change. That is why we all are
    here today.

    DAY 3
    Friday 22 july

    Damn it today! grabbed 3 ounce of swiss chesse (300 calories) early in the morning to much on. Yet, I took some healthy snacks to munch on at the Saratoga Raceway. They had 200 extra picnic tables today….YAY! It is so challenging getting a table to sit at on the opening day.

    BreakFast: Broke the 16 hour fast

    3 ounce of Swiss Cheese

    Lunch
    Can of Tuna
    baby carrots and hummus
    handful of sunflower seeds
    1 apple
    1 peach

    Dinner

    Leftover from night before Chinese Food
    1 Chicken Breast

    Damn I must have done 1000 calories today instead of 800. Practice makes perfect.

    Did my daily 20 minute walking.

    There is always tomorrow. Sunday is misery: The Fast Of Tammuz, when Jerusalem was sieged by the Romans in 69 AD. Wish they did it in winter when days are shorter! LOL

    Here comes the landing of the 2 space ships in Close Encounter Of The Third Kind! Got to go and watch the movie that made the idea image of what an alien looks like. Speilberg’s imagination!

    Don’t worry too much about the extra calories, it sounds like your carbs would still have been lower than before and we all have glitches.

    Try not to snack anything more this evening. Sunday is Fast of tammuz, sunrise to sunset. Hope to get by on it with the 800 calorie eating habits. Sundown, eating something light…. like cottage cheese and celery. Then off to sleep. Early bird catches the worm.

    Well, I cheated again last night! Yeh, my Kryptonite: 3 velveeta slices an hour before bed watch Ray Donovan!
    5 hours after waking up and everything done for the day. Maybe I should do some more writing and editing on my book.
    Monday morning is a boring morning. 9 to 5 people are in chaos and running in all directions at work. Working at home…. A luxury. Thank God I do not work Wall Street anymore. What a relief….. especially my 5 years seizure free since surgery.

    Gotta go off to Sam’s and do some shopping this morning. They do not open at 5 AM. Let’s see if this day would be good. Atleast I will eat lunch (My Breakfast) at noon today. Starvation or fasting makes me overeat later. It do not work!

    Sometime this week my scale and glucose meter will come. Jet and Ebay beats Target and Kohls anyday!!!! Worth the wait!

    this morning on Monday July 25, I abstained longer from eating my break fast!

    12:30 Ate my everyday 4 egg spanish omlette

    3:15 Drank half cup of milk and 3 tablespoon of flax powder

    Not hungry. Not craving for my kryptonite: Cheddar cheese, Haagen dasz, or anything else dairy.

    I really need to make a stop at Shoprite and corner the market on Almond, Soy, and Flax Milk.

    Tuesday morning….. Spent the extra hours of the night watching Bernie Sanders and First Lady Obama chatting at the convention in Philly!

    WHAT A MISTAKE GOING OFF THE TIME SCHEDULE!

I am like Augustus in my video before at Willy Wonka! I am banning myself from such an amusement park. I walk by the hershey store in Times Square and I get tempted to buy a 4 pound Hershey Kiss. Will power is the key!!!!

    Hopefully, I do not do more snacking at night tonight. I will be watch President Clint at The Philly Convention. hope to be on schedule and go to bed at 10 PM tonight.

    Change the habits and then all is out of whack. My other KRYPTONITE is going off schedule and procrastination!

    Nothing like watching Bill Clinton last night at the Philadelphia Democratic Convention. And guess what!!???? He actually had his pants on during the speech! LMAO Except for being a left wing Socialist, he is very must like the long lost twin brother of Berlusconi! LOL

    My city tis of the sweet land of liberty (Philly) was in chaotic violent protests after Bernie Sanders did not get the nomination for being a Commie President. The Walt Whitman bridge was surrounded and I think The Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76) was shut down. It made me so upset seeing such chaos in the city. good thing I do not live in Northern Liberties. But, it is still my town.
    It was a setup by Jill Stein the green party candidate. She seems to be getting all of Commie Bernie’s votes instead of Hillary.

    I got way off the subject of losing weight and health concerns. In 7 days it feels like I lost atleast 5 pounds. But, I need Mr. Scale to check that out.

    Last night was no snacking up to 11 PM watching Bill Clinton’s Speech.

    I did snack in the afternoon: 3 Celery stalks with cream cheese. I did it again this afternoon at 230 pm. One thing different and it turns out to be a habit. But, I need more veggies for the higher fiber content. One can not get fiber out of beef strogonoff. Well, atleast it is not snacking on the Cronut in NYC’s SOHO area (half donut half croissant):

    YAY! Yippe Ka-Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    UPS delivered my scale and glucose meter today! So, I am trying to read the directions on the meter….. Spanish, French, mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and finally English! LOL

    Breakfast: None

    Lunch: 12:00
    4 Egg Spanish Omlette with 2 ounce cheddar cheese on top

    Snack:
    1 Peach
    4 Prunes before Lunch
    3 Celery Stalks with cream cheese

    Dinner: 7:00
    Chicken breast
    1 Medium Size yam

    Weight: 335.6 Pounds
    Blood Sugar: NOT AVAILABLE TODAY (Need to read directions first)

    2 Mondays ago I went to see my Neurologist at UMDNJ in New Jersey. My weight then was 340.8 pounds.

    Thus I lost only 5.2 pounds in 7 days since I started on Wednesday 20 July. 5.2 pounds in 7 days is not bad. I was hoping for a full 7 to 10 because of water weight being lost first. It is upsetting to not have what you expected. Yet, it is joyful that is it still a loss.

    It is like a lottery ticket and you really hoped for the 10 Million Dollars. But, you only got $ 1,000,000. I am so upset for not getting 9,000,000 more bux? Or am I really excited anyways for the $ 1,000,000????

    I guess I have to expected the unexpected also. I have to do a few things to myself:

    1) Cut the Cream Cheese Munchies (Yet, good fiber foods like carrots and celery)
    2) Keep it up on almond and coconut milk
    3) Take more servings of Coconut Oil through the day! I only do one morning and one evening!
    4) Exercise: Start more jogging in the daily 20 minute walk. 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes jog would be good!
    5) Started using Kettlebells for exercise on strength training. 25 pound kettlebell and 5 minutes workout 3-4 times a week. I should make it a whole 7 days a week on short exercise. Maybe take one day as a break for muscles to rebuild.
    6) Except for butter, go dairy free.
    7) Keep the eating in 7 hour eating and 17 hour fasting. It seems to work!!!!
    8) Eat more variety of spices! Fulfills one’s taste buds.

    NOTE: Eating those prunes in the morning before food….. It moves the colon to eliminates toxins smoothly and at ease. The one cup of Ginger Tea and One Cup of Licorice Root Tea seems to help it a lot.

    Any advice is helpful!

    Watching President Obama yapping last night late until 1130 at the Democratic Convention in Philly. I munched on a cup pf yogurt and 2 portabella mushrooms. I seem to get the munchies, even 4 hours after eating a high protein dinner like last night’s Chicken breast and baked yam.

    Well, I am at least eating protein and fiber. But, it is a sin….. so sinful I should be in Las Vegas (Sin City). LOL
    Well, I am not eating a Mr. Goodbar or even having any GMO Franken Food made by Monsanto and Dow Chemical.
    grain free is going well, Eventhough oatmeal is accepted, I still do not eat it. My legumes and lentils seem to be the only thing in the grains area I actually eat. It is like eating habits of a John Wayne or Clint Eastwood western. I never seen them eating a Boston Coffee Cake or a Philly Cheesesteak.

    Willpower is the key. If I cut out my evening munchies before bed and cut out the cream cheese or other cheese snacks in the afternoon, then I would be doing 1 pound or more a day in weight loss.

    Breakfast: NONE

    Lunch: 11:45
    4 Eggs Spanish Omlette

    Snack: 3:15
    1 Peach
    1 Cup of Almond Milk with 4 tablespoons of Flax Seeds

    Dinner: 6:45
    Chicken Breast Stir Fry…. Made enough in wok for Lunch tomorrow

    Walked 20 minutes. 5 Minutes with kettelbells.

    Did not eat the 4 prunes this morning. Kind of sluggish a bit today compared to when I eat them. They are 100 calories, yet make sure the job is done with much more ease. They have lots of Carbs in them though. Should I eat them for digestion or skip for sugar content? these are tough questions on life as always.

    Tomorrow I go up to the lake house for the weekend. The weather looks fantastic this weekend.

    I ate more veggies today. Let’s see if the more fiber in veggies has better effect tomorrow when I skip the sugary prunes. All these trial and errors are always making things happen by chance. I guess we have to throw 12 darts to get the bullseye.

    Hi Daniel,

    You seem very disciplined with your eating.

    It sounds as if you had to be very very strict with your ketogenic diet for the epilepsy treatment when you were younger – that must have been tough! Hope that is fully resolved now?

    Going ‘to the lake’ for the weekend sounds lovely…enjoy!

    I was skin and bones as a kid on that crazy NO CARBS AT ALL diet for epilepsy. Well, what do you think Atkins and others got this low carb philosophy from? I looked like a kid from Bangladesh. Now 300+ and starting to lose. Except in Las Vegas and Monte Carlo, it is fantastic to lose.

    Leftover chicken stir fry from last night

    3 Celery Stalks with Babaganoush
    1 Cup Greek Yogurt with fresh blackberries
    2 large Peach

    SNACK: 4:30
    1 Cup Flax Milk with 3 tablespoon flax seed powder

    Dinner: 6:30
    Minute Steak with 1 cup of lentils

    I ate the celery stalks and then 10 minutes later still hungry and ate the yogurt with berries. I ate earlier since I was on the road to the lake house. I stopped at Price Chopper instead of Aldi. I got a few things to munch on the weekend. I think I was eating too much when I really am thirsty. So, I am off to drink up the water for the day.

    I had 3 servings of fruit today. One too many. Tomorrow is another day….. Isn’t that a movie????

    Did my 20 minutes walk again tonight. I did well over 5 minutes of it running. Eating more veggies for lunch and then 2 peaches was a big help in the elimination of toxins. More fiber the better.

    Tomorrow is more swimming and boating activities. Maybe I will catch a big one this time. Many bass in the lake.

    Thanks for the film of ‘your’ lake…. it looks beautiful… how great that you get chance to really enjoy life in the great outdoors – so much better than stressing in the City.
    Many years ago I lived for a short while in Manhatten and spent weekends in Bridgehampton to escape the craziness!!! Set me reminiscing…long long time ago. I was there at the opening of Studio 54 way back in the eighties…eek!!

    Ahh, what a relaxing day. The neighbors were smoking weed last night til 3 am and shooting illegal fireworks all night. Crazy neighbors! Did my swimming and relaxing swimming. caught a Brown Trout only today. Dinner Time!

    Good thing I learned in Boy Scouts how to filet and clean a fish.

    Getting ready to have a Night Out Of The Town! Going over to see Lincoln Center’s famous New York Ballet Theater at Saratoga Springs. Stravinsky’s Firebird is tonight at the outdoor ampitheater. I getting ready to throw on my tux and I wear an ascot instead of the typical black bowtie. I am stuck in 1876! And I had to brush my 18 inches height tophat (I add a peacock feather to it). I look like Charlie Chaplin (Minus the cane and with 160 pounds more).

    Yeh, Charlie Chaplin mustache went out of fashion thanks to Hitler. What would a jewish boy look like with a Hitler Mustache? I never wanted to try the risk! I have a magician mustache instead.

    Well, yapping away again…… Gotta get going to shower and dress up.

    I know…nice no? Would have to be a billionaire!!! Place I stayed was a more modest, rustic converted timber barn just off the beach. Not mine sadly, a perk of my then job!!! It has probably been demolished to make way for one of those castles by now.

    This Monday morning was good. I was not hungry all morning. I had 1 and half cup yogurt instead of an omlette. Maybe it was just a need of change. Or maybe just too lazy to wash more dishes.

    Drank the ginger tea and it went to work instantly like magic.

    Chicken is defrosting for the week. So I should be eating that for dinner. I ate a whole cup of lentils last night and not hungry today. Maybe eating more than half a cup makes you more fulfilled 12 hours later after visiting the sandman. Everything is trial and error.

    I looked in the mirror when trimming my Houdini Mustache. No bloating or anything of the sort in the stomach area. Kind of like deflating like a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Balloon. One of these days I would be no longer The Kool Aid Man. LOL

    The first week was agitating with many restrictions. Now almost finishing the second week, it is full of ease. I do go by the fast food joints I loved. Yet, no urge to get a Boston Cream Donut or Frappaccino.

    The goal is to get 1/2 to one pound a day as an average weight loss. Then by January 2017, I would not have any New Year’s resolutions to break and regret it on January 2nd. By January, I should be 100+ off what I am now. So, a size 38-40 by then. Then I will go into more weight loss. When I hit size 34, Then I will take a trip to Hong Kong and buy my new collection of bespoke 3 piece suits. Something like 10-20 of them I would need.

    So, next June I go off to do my clothing shopping in Hong Kong when I get well below size 40….. hopefully 32.

    This seems very productive. It seems I get better digestive power from eating the night before lots of veggies, especially zuccini.
    Feeling tired this afternoon. Eating lentils and other carbs, the opposite comes true and need some prunes. Maybe I will cut the lentils by a lot for now on.

    Lunch started earlier at 1030. only snack was carrots and hummus. The hardest part is not the meals…. it is snacking before bed after dinner. So, what is the secret? Who Knows! I guess it is just boredom and eating out of boredom. Am I a goat? No way! Humans are not supposed to be grazers. Then why do we do it all the time?

    Well, hopefully no more hunger pains this afternoon.

    Lunch: 4 Egg Spanish omlette

    Snack:
    1 Peach
    1 Apple
    3 Oz Cheedar Hard Cheese

    Dinner:
    Pepper Steak with Mixed veggies and Zuccinni

    Weight 332.8 3 POUND LOSS IN WEEK

    Quite depressing. I did over 5 pounds my first week. Now it is about half. How come? Water weight in first week?

    I eat no breads or even oatmeal all week long. I can not fathom why. I have eaten a few cheddar and swiss cheeses as my cheat food. But, it was not a whole ton of it either.

    Maybe the afternoon snacking needs to be a redone. Maybe eliminate it all completely. Make a new schedule:

    12:00 Breakfast For Lunch

    NO SNACKS OR FRUIT IN BETWEEN

    6:00 Dinner

    No Eating until next Noon Time

    Breakfast: NONE

    Lunch: 11:00
    4 eggs spanish omlette with shredded Munster Cheese

    Snack: 3 ounces of Swiss Cheese

    Dinner: 6:30
    1 cups milk with 1-2 cup Cheerios

    I really was a sinner today on the diet. I really should have skipped on the Cheerios. Yet, they are mostly oats. But, they are also with some sugar and wheat added to make you addicted to it and eat some more. I really should have eaten up the other chicken breast. But, I just felt very lazy today.

    Yet, I lost about 1 cup of the Cheerios from nausea. I threw up probably because the Cheerios has wheat in it. I have been wheat free for 3+ months now. The power of Ginger tea eliminating the toxic food I eat. I need another ginger so i am sucking on a raw piece of ginger root.

    I ate no fruit today. I might need prunes tomorrow.

    Breakfast: I munched on 2 Ounces of hard cheddar

    Lunch: I ate another 2 ounces cheddar
    1 cup of prune juice
    Glass of milk

    Snack: None

    Dinner: Chicken Breast Stir Fry

    My stomach is tight and constipated today for my stupidity yesterday eating them Cheerios. I ending up doing a…… Return To Sender; No Such Number; No Such Name. Throwing it up was a signal not to eat that ever again.

    My weight dropped a good 0.8 pounds in one day. I did not have my mega size 4 egg omlette today. I munched on a can of sardines last night before sleeping. Maybe that had a good effect on my not eating much today also., I really should be eating more sardines and tuna. Heavy protein with very little calories and no sugar.

    Last night was very enjoyable. I was at the Battle of Oriskany! It is the 219th year since the bloody war. My ancestors were friends with only the Oneida Indians during this war and the French And Indian War at Fort Stanwix. Take a look here:

    12 Strawberries

    Dinner: 6:30
    1 1/2 cup regular yogurt with 8 blackberries
    1 Chicken breast, plain

    Well, after the sin of yesterday eating the junk food cookies, My digestion is much better. I had prune juice and lots of fruit today to power up the constipation. It seem to work well.

    I gained 0.4 pounds from eating that junk food yesterday. DAMN! But, we won the Revolutionary War! So it all pays off! ๐Ÿ™‚

    I did my usual 20 minutes walk/run.

    Weight: 331. 4 (Gain 0.4 in one day from junk food cookies)

    I did my daily mix of run and walk for 20 minutes. Kettlebells for about 5 minutes.

    GREAT NEWS! Team USA shattered all records and went for the gold; especially swimming with Michael Phelps and Missy Franklin. Also, Katie Ledecky and loved watching Serena and Venus Williams, but they lost to them Aussies!

    It is 8 PM and I just do not feel hungry. I actually am not eating the yogurt. I guess I will eat that tomorrow for breakfast….ooops, I mean lunch. I drank some Milk of Magnesia and it worked in 15 minutes to clear out the colon. usually it takes a good hour to 6 hours to start working. That means no gluten or gliadin in my body. That is great news.

    Sitting here watching Olympic swimming. My side handles are less bloated after the almost 3 weeks. My rib cage I can actually feel the bones in there. I have a long way to go. By January I should be at 200 pounds at the rate I am going now. That would be great when I am across the Atlantic buying a secondary house in Joberg or maybe Durban. Doesn’t it sound great having Christmas in my Bermuda Shorts? I wonder if Santa Claus delivers in the warm climate! The rand crash in value is so tremendous that I am convinced that I must buy a home over there. Pretoria also is a spot I like too. I see a house in Pretoria online that gets direct views of the Groenkloof Reserve! Imagine seeing Kudus, Zebras and Warthogs out your window when the alarm clock goes off.

    I lost one whole pound in the last 24 hours. That is quite amazing. I have cut out a lot of the bulky foods (Lentils, Beans, less 4 egg omlettes) and it feels much better. My digestive system likes it better too. We seem to eat THE SAD (Standard American Diet) everyday.It is such a relief not eating the poisonous foods made in chemistry labs. A good example is Franken Fish!

    If I keep up with this 1 pound a day, I will be at 306.2 by the end of August!

    30 Pounds a Month would be at end of:
    September…….276.2
    October…………246.2
    November……..216.2
    December……..186.2
    January………… I MADE MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTION BEFORE NEW YEARS EVE EVEN CAME!!!!!!!!!!!

    In December I can buy a pair of SPEEDOS when I go down to South Africa. Go for a dive at the beach in Cape Town or Durban and I won’t be blocking the sun. Nor will I be the KOOL AID Balloon for the Thanksgiving Parade in NYC.

    I do 10 minutes walking with 10 minutes running. I try to do the kettlebells everyday, but I usually get lazy and just do it 3 times a week.

    Oh boy! I am doing hell of a lot better than yesterday eating the ice cream. I ate a lot of it and ended up nauseating it. Why do I eat the sweet crap when I end up throwing it up? I guess i am not used to eating it after 3 weeks that I just do not have the stomach for the crapola foods.

    Well, let’s see what comes around tomorrow.

    Hotdog and potato knish

    I really shouldn’t have eaten the potato knish. Yet, I have not had one in over a month. I ate more food, but do not remember. i should really keep this written down with pen and paper. Maybe get a whiteboard and take a weekly planning of what to eat and what was eaten.
