Myself and my wife started doing the bs diet about a month ago, this week my wife had to go abroad on business leaving me to my own devices. I had some tasty meals chicken salad, pork chop with roasted veg, however I allowed myself to eat more fat than I would if my wife was here. Crackling and chicken skin, cmon who wouldn’t! However, every time I did this’ I had a very very poorly tummy. Can anyone advise is this normal?
