Greek Yogurt lemon zesty dessert!
• 500 grams Greek Yoghurt
• 1 box of lemon natural Aeroplane Jelly Optional
• 1 tablespoon erythritol sweetener
Beat the yogurt and sweetener for a few min to aerate
Dissolve the jelly with 3/4 cup hot water and mix until all the crystals are dissolved in a separate bowl. Add 3/4 cup of cold water and mix.
Continue to whip the yoghurt and slowly drizzle in the dissolved jelly.
Whip on high for three min
Divide between six bowls and refrigerate until set
Use any low sugar jelly or flavour of your choice
