I had a kick up the backside just before Xmas when my annual Hb1c blood test came back at 20mml !
I have taken things on hand and been following the recipies in the BSD book. I cant follow the suggested 8 week plan as i dont like all of the recipies and frankly cant afford some of the suggested ingredients. I have however been planning my meals for the week and basing the shopping on what each recipie needs. So far I have lost about 1/2 stone and blood sugar average is down to 9.6.
I would like to clear on how many carbs per day would be ideal to continue to lose weight and lower blood sugars?
