Having read the book and today is my first day of trying it out as I am a bit overweight and looking at my fasting bloods pre diabetic! I was wondering if there was any info on Konjac flour. I have a family that love pasta and to cut down I have found this in the Bare Naked Noodles and Holland and Barrett are selling a variety in pasta form. Only 0.1g of sugar per 100g serving. Any info on this flour and if I can include it in the diet .
