    Hi all.
    Started on Monday with this lifestyle.
    Lost a lot of weight over the last few years but it is starting to creep back up.
    Most of it is stress related but hoping this eating plan will help with that anyway.
    Also can we do a tracker on this site or is there one that I can use.

    Hi Treanna and welcome!

    There are a number of apps you can use – I use MyFitnessPal, which is free.

    You can put your food on this (as well as water and exercise) to keep you on track.

    It also shows nutrients from food – carbs, protein and fat, which is helpful.
    If you can keep your carbs under 50g per day, that is really helpful to the BSD as well as all of the other principles.

    Thankyou so much. Had some bad news which has messed up my starting.
    Hopefully today will be a good day to start.
