Recipes and their calorie content

    probably asking a very stupid question here!!!! have been doing this for week and a half – first week lost 4lbs! and forging ahead to week 2 – very happy and not feeling too sugar deprived…….. the calories in the recipes – are they per recipes or per person?

    Not a stupid question. Per person – so dont eat a whole meal for 2 thinking you are only having xxxx calories, someone else did that, easily done. Most of the recipes are for 2 so easy to divide up the meal but, for example, the skinny chilli is for 8 so you could have been in trouble there.
