I’m a bit confused about what the next step is after the 800. 5:2? Med style low carb? Or way of life? What’s the difference between and are there any recipe books for the latter 2 options?
If I do 5:2 how do I eat on the non 800 cal days? Sorry if this has already been answered somewhere else,
Iv lost 2 inches in a week and a half so not sure I’m going to do the 8 weeks and am in a muddle!
