Hi, thinking of getting this to help with making family friendly meals. I know her view won’t be as disciplined as here but I hopefully should be able to adapt the recipes. Anyone seen the book/have an opinion?

I know Davina has been doing low carb herself for the last year or so. She looks great so I’m sure she’d have something to add. See if you can get it cheap on Amazon and let us know any good bits!
