    In going through the recipe section I notice there are quite a few with things like maple syrup, rye, and spelt, these are foods we should keep away from!

    In small quantities and as long as you count the calories and watch the carbs, they are not a disaster and with things like maple syrup, as you progress you will find you only need a tiny bit, because you won’t want things too sweet. I sometimes add a quarter teaspoon of honey to my morning yogurt and am pretty sure it’s not hindering my progress.

    Hope you find a way to make the BSD suit you. Think we all have to find a way to make it fit us as individuals. Keep us posted on your progress.
