Hi I’m on carbimaziole and waistline is increasing so have started doing Mediterranean style eating. Too early to tell if working but don’t feel bloated or windy which is great. I stay in hotels a lot for work so struggling to eat and stay focused. Any tips would be so helpful. I’m in Hong Kong and have been to local supermarket and paid £5 for pot of Greek yoghurt in desperation! But at least it will make me a few Bircher museli breakfasts.
