  Hi , I’m gathering information, ideas, recipe’s etc ready to start the Diet.
  I’ve come across a recipe for Skirlie (Scottish stuffing). Was wondering if anyone knows if I can i cook this in the chicken cavity like you would a normal stuffing ?? Do i make it as the recipe says or anything different??

  I would suggest you give the Skirlie a miss as it is very high in carbs with it being oatmeal.
