It’s nearing the end of my second day and all seems to be ok so far! I have kept within the 800 cals and set my carbs target to 50g. I am not diabetic but I am overweight by about 20lbs – that loss would take me to my healthy weight range for my height.
I am interested to know if anyone would “sacrifice” their carbs or calories…I mean would you rather go slightly over on calories but keep carbs under control? Just out of interest really as I have concentrated on my carb levels.
Also I was sooooooo hungry last night I had a inch cubed lump of cheese 🧀- there…..’fession over 😇
