    Hello
    Starting the 8 week tomorrow. looking at the recipes in the book and struggling to get to the 800cals and 50g carbs because I only eat twice a day also I will be going to the gym so protein is also looking very low can anybody recommend a protein powder good enough to use to boost to recommended level

    Hi Spike64 are you saying you dont get up to 800 and 50g or are you saying you cant keep to that level as it is too low. As for protien powder I use Purition but it is a meal replacement rather than a protein booster. You do know that going keto on this diet you can get as much protein as you need and it keeps your carbs down.
