tried twice to join your listing but you do not ‘send a message’ to allow confirmation of email address – so am stuck – cannot join

Hi blindfield, I have been on this site for 3 years and have never heard of a mailing list. This is a self help forum for people following one of several diet plans. Can you explain where you have heard this from and what it is exactly you are looking for.

I”m completely in synch with you, SG. This site is completely user friendly, and I’m not sure about what you are looking
for, blindfold. This isn’t a free forum in which we exchange emails. Our community is filled with members who exchange
anecdotes on how we have perservered with our individual journeys to reversing BGL’s or have discarded serious amounts
of weight. There are no email lists, and they aren’t necessary. . You are clearly registered, or we wouldn’t be able to read
your posts. 🙂 Join in and shout out on any thread, and you will have wonderful people who will share their fought for
knowledge with you. We are part of a family, and we welcome you 🙂 🙂 🙂
