I have been doing the diet (800) for 9 days now with brilliant and positive results . I weigh myself every morning then check my blood sugar and blood pressure. This morning I weigh half a kilo more than yesterday ?? I have averaged losing half a kilo a day up until this point. I’m being strict with myself but just wondered if the weight fluctuates ? Bit disappointed this morning in all honesty I’m drinking more water than a fish !! Anybody else get this ?
