I’m day 4 of week 2 on BSD. First week I lost 3kgs (this was in the 1st 4days), but have not budged since then and infact despite being under 800 cals for the past 3 days, I have gained 900grams.
I am strictly tracking everything, drinking lots of water and I even went for a 6km walk yesterday.
Any ideas as to what I can do to get the weight loss moving again?
