I am loving this new way of eating! We (my husband and I) have just completed week 2 and I have lost 9lb overall! More importantly I feel so much better, less bloated and my IBS has been so much better. I don’t feel hungry at all.
I hope to increase my activity levels and start running again but the last two weeks I have have had vertigo so exercise hasn’t been a good idea! Here’s to our healthier life…….
