Tuesday is my normal weight day but as I’m away until Wednesday I’ve decided to start my reboot tomorrow without weighing. It might seem odd to start when still tempted by hotel food etc. but I thought if I wait until next Tuesday’s weigh-in I’ll already have lost the best part of a week.
So, although I can’t weigh or measure I can be mindful. So starting tomorrow I’m going to be really mindful about my carbs, well in as much as I’ll do my very best, under the circumstances, to have as few as possible.
If anybody else is looking to reboot I’d love some company for support.
