Just had to post this because I have just watched ‘The Magic Pill’ on Netflix and it cements and fully supports everything we have all now subscribed to and is a great watch too. Lots of science and supporting evidence for the low carb lifestyle but, more surprisingly, for the low carb lifestyle for all the animals that feed us.
