Hi, has anyone tried the Thai red curry recipe on p132 of the book? I think the data may be incorrect as it says the recipe contains only 4g of protein for half a chicken breast-not very likely. Has anyone made this/ checked it?

Definitely wrong on proteins. If you look at the previous page on a chicken dish it is more like 24g. I am going to make it tonight.
Lovelyflower, that has to be a typo 🙂 Here in the U.S. our nutritional labels use ounces as
a standard of measurement, so half a large chicken breast (7oz) is 3.5 oz and is 22.75g
of protein (free range). The recipe does sound interesting, though!
