I’m a vegetarian – getting on great so far (lost 6lbs since Sat!) however finding it tricky to keep protein levels high.
My question is, ideally what ratio of carb/protein should I me aiming for within the 800 calories each day?

I think you’ll get different advice from different people. Some restrict carbs more than others as it can shift the weight quicker. I tend to have 50 to 60 grams of carbs which is around a third of my calories from carbs. There are some on here less than 20g of carbs per day but I’d find that a struggle and get the results without going this low.
Ok thanks. Think I’ll have to take my weight loss rate (or not) as a guide.
