Start of week four – no energy

    Dear all, this is the start of Week Four for me. My weigh in this morning shows I’ve lost a stone (14lbs) which is great but I’m really struggling with a lack of energy in the mornings. I feel like I’m wading through treacle and everything seems exhausting to me.
    I’ve been a complete couch potato for sooo many years but I’ve started doing three classes a week at the gym and a few bike rides/walks in-between, I’m fine at these things but this morning I found myself panting just having gone up and down the stairs.
    Has anyone else experienced this? Might it be related to when I’m eating? I’ve been largely been having brunches around 11am and then eating my main meal sometime between 5-7pm.
    Has anyone any positive experience of scheduling their food intake?
