I’m on week 3,coming up to week 4 now,has anyone else done this on 800 cals?
Do you eat a bit more before,even a banana?

Hi avacado73 — how hard are you spinning? If you are really working it for an hour with a high heart rate, you MAY want to eat a bit more but NOT banana (too much sugar in bananas) I recommend a bit of extra protein (chicken breast) or some fat like an ounce of cheese or a bit of uncured salami — they will fuel your muscle but not spike your insulin.
I used to supplement a couple hundred (100-200) calories after a big workout because I needed it — otherwise I just got absolutely famished. I’m in maintenance now!
