Rye Crispbread

    I’ve managed to avoid all crackers/crispbreads in any form for 6 weeks. However I’ve today had 2 Finn Crisp multigrain thin crispbreads at 22 cals/slice and 3.8g carbs/slice spread with 50g hummus. Delicious! Not as cardboard like as Ryvita and slightly less cals /carbs.
    My query is whether to avoid all crispbreads anyway?

    This is my query too! Crispbread like Ryvita don’t seem to get a mention in the book so I don’t know what the attitude to them is? Better than bread? Avoid altogether?

    I eat Ryvita and it doesn’t seem to affect my bloods , for instance 1 sesame Ryvita is 5.8 carbs but 1.8 is fibre no net carbs is 4, use them as a treat with some thinly sliced cheese, hummus or peanut butter
