    Hi, Does The 8-week Blood Sugar Recipe Book have all new recipes or does it include the 50 recipes found in The 8-week Blood Sugar Diet Book?

    Hi there. There are different recipes in the recipe book. I found the recipe book much more inspiring than the diet book. Definitly helped me with commitment. Worth the expense. 🙂
