I agree s-g Pootle is a great success and another ambassador for this way of life.
Glad you’re almost packed s-g and yes we do have to ‘have a life’ so the odd glass of wine is far less destructive than a full ‘blow out’ dinner with all the trimmings.
Today we had family here for roast Korean chicken, baked potatoes & salad followed by apple pie with cream and ice cream. The chicken was lovely. For me the potatoes and pie hold no interest anymore. Maybe that’s what happens after eating this way for so many years. I certainly don’t feel as though I’m ‘missing’ anything. Now this way of eating just feels normal to me. I guess it’s like someone who becomes vegetarian. At first you may feel odd not eating meat but after a while it just becomes your ‘new normal’.
Anyway S-g have a great Christmas with your family.
Not sure where I saw ‘suggestions for January title’ but, ‘New Year, New Me ‘sounds good..
New year, new start one day, one week at a time?
2025 one day at a time….in the next year, ask yourself ‘when I look back on 2025
how will my life look if I continue with healthy eating compared to if I stop?
How much do you want this? That’s the question we each have to ask ourselves!
