Having dieted for 20 years I decided to follow Mr. Mosley BSD diet. It seems to be similar to Montignac diet which worked for me in my youth times.
I solely promise (to myself) to start HITT sessions – starting 1 a week and increase as it goes.
I also decided to weigh/measure monthly so will hopefully notice some change. Posting results here should give me some motivation!
I will come back on 15th November with the results.
