I don’t understand why I get night sweats. I wake up twice, each time after 2 – 3 hours. The first 2 days my BS was 107 or 115. Seems normal. I ate a fair amount of fats, and protein before bed last night and my BS shot up. Is it that the BS is going up and down at night? Or that I’m under a blanket? I have to change my clothes twice, and check my BS a couple of time a night. I’m really boggled by this.
