My first day today. Anyone else just starting. If anyone has any good ideas any help support would be very much appreciated 😄

I started today too so far so good but reading through everything preparation is the key. I shop and cook for myself during the week so weekends will be the test as my other half works away and returns home at the weekend. So I have to plan for that but like you any hints and tips would be most welcome.
