I read a post two hours ago that had a link to Lyle McDonald ketogenic diet that had a calculater about how many nutrients you need. I’ve lost it!, I’ve been trawling Reddit for hours and can’t find it! I can find others but not the one I was reading. Should’ve bookmarked it!
