    Just saw Wonderfull World of Blood. Regarding the spectrometer analysis of your blood after different breakfasts and the surprising high inflammation finding after an “egg and processed meat” breakfast. This was probably due to sodium nitrate or other nitrosamine in the meat. It irritates the liver which causes the liver to release fatty acids into the blood stream. More disturbingly, recent research has demonstrated how these same fatty acids can break down the blood brain barrier ultimately leading to Alzheimer’s.
    I can provide more info on specific research and mechanisms if interested.
