I was wondering if someone can relate to my experience. I have been on high blood pressure tablets(150 mg) for over 10 years and am now prediabetic. I am active and exercise a lot. I have found though 5 weeks in as I get up I feel quite lightheaded and faint. It passes and then goes away. This tends to happen in the morning or at night. I have been measuring my blood pressure and it is certainly down now I am on this diet. I have lost 7kgs in 5 weeks.
    Many thanks
    Scott

Scott, when I felt faint on my BP’s my GP told me to drop the dose. Obviously I’m not a doctor so can’t advise you; however if you’re monitoring your BP give the surgery a call asap and ask for their advice.
Sounds as though you’re doing well. Congratulations.

Scott, sometimes taking a pinch of sea salt is very helpful when confronted with occasional dizziness. It’s not
always related to low blood pressure. Best of luck to you 🙂
