We have lots of recipes available on this site, but wondering if any knows of other web-site listing good recipes for low GI and for BSD. Also any that offer more breakfast options and drinks to replace coca-cola

Has any one use a HIT trainer specialist?

Many thanks in advance for any replies – best of luck to you all

Flippantly, I would suggest almost anything is a better option than coca-cola. I actually use “ordinary” websites and look for vegetarian options and use suitable recipes either on their own or as sides for chicken or steamed fish.

I am currently a big fan of Nigella’s cauliflower and chickpea spicy hot salad, easy to make, delicious and even better the following day as a cold salad. Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cookery sites (Ottolenghi, Silvena Rowe). On first glance some recipes look complicated but you can simplify them and get almost as good flavours.
