Hello everyone! I’m starting the eating plan (yes, I’m trying not to call it a diet) and I wonder if people can suggest things that are good to have for breakfast and lunch. Both of these meals are likely to be ‘on the run’ and I certainly won’t be able to cook lunch due to the nature of my work. Ideally, I need to be able to take something with me that I can eat at work or take out with me if I have to dash out and deal with something urgent…which will be the case more often than not!
Please help! I don’t want to fall at the first hurdle. Thanks in advance x
