    Hi

    So I’m starting tomorrow and have been wanting to do this quite some time but my head gets in the way. I’m guess I’m scared that eating so low calories and exercising will mess up my metabolism? Am I just looking for ways to not do this?!

    Any advice much appreciated!!

    Hi Ncannak,

    This diet has worked for lots of us on here and I’ve not come across any reports of it harming people’s metabolism, even from those who dismiss it as ‘just another faddy crash diet’ (which it isn’t).

    If you’re new to exercising, I suggest starting slowly with that, but if you’re already exercising regularly it should be fine to carry on.
