Hello fellow 800’s,
Whilst trying some clothes on today when shopping, I looked in the mirror and wondered to myself how I would know if I was in fat burning mode. It made me chuckle to myself! But how do you know if this is happening and what can you do to make it happen?

Hi – if you have noticed some questions in the ‘Over the eight week line and after’ on ketostix – these are a product you can buy that tests urine and will show you if you are now fat-burning. Hashimoto or Bill will be better at explain the background! you get them from a number of the grocery stores in the pharmacy.
