I did my very first fast yesterday, counting 500 cal. It was the second day of the period. Had a small avocado on crackerbread 7.30 AM, water and coffee during the day, then a piece of chicken with spinach and mushrooms at 5 PM. Think I passed out at 9 PM.
This morning I was starving and a little shaky, had twice as much breakfast as usual and cravings during the day. In the afternoon however, I’ve been to the gym and the cravings vanished.
