– scarily, same weight I was at my heaviest – and a couple of inches taller.

Hi Frog, I watched that program about a month ago and it was the reason I got my head back in gear and started the 5:2 diet… although it was so gross at times, it made me realize what I was heading for..

I watched most of that the other night at the end of my first day! Despite feeling horrendous it seriously made me glad I’d taken the first steps to sort myself out. I keep remembering it. :/ I didn’t see the beginning so not sure how the lady compared to me but I’m probably about the same as I have around 4 stone to lose…
