I started to 800 diet back in August last year. I was diagnosed with prostrate cancer and was prescribed hormone therapy as well a radiotherapy. I was told that the hormone therapy would give me a bust and that I would probably put on weight. Being male at 72 in age and 15 1/2 stone already and with type 2 Diabetes I thought maybe I should lose some weight. By a miracle around the same time the 800 cal diet to reverse diabetes appeared in the Mail. Looked good so we gave it a real try. I am now 12 1/2 stone and be told by doctors that my figures for diabetes are so good after 6 months of tests I am no longer required to take any medication. How good is that.
