Day 1 – Calories

    Hi,

    Just completed my first day and as I thought I could not complete my calories for the day on MFP as they are below 1000.

    This what I have eaten so people can compare notes

    Breakfast
    Protein shake

    Lunch
    Chicken breast peas and sweetcorn

    Dinner
    2 slices smoked ham and a boiled egg
    high protein yoghurt

    loads of black coffee, herbal tea and water.

    Totals for the day:

    Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sugar
    787 48 14 110 30

    Sounding good Chris! Just be wary of sweetcorn perhaps – I think it’s one of the higher carb veg. No probs with it today though as it fits in your macros ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks I did think that, but it was a mainly peas.

    I guess that main thing is < 50g carbs > 50g protein.

    I have lost 3.5lbs which does not surprise me as I jumped up in that weight over a few days due to eating loads of sugar. I guess it will be the glycogen in my muscles.
