Creme fraiche

    Hi, I’ve just joined and wondered if anyone knew of anything to replace creme fraiche, as I really really don’t like the taste of it in any of the recipes I’ve tried, thanks for reading this

    Hi Westyo – welcome to the forum. If it’s the tang you don’t like how about using double (heavy) cream? As far as nutritional values go, it is higher in calories, but there’s not much difference in the carbs. You could reduce the amount you use, so that you keep the carbs at about the same level.
