Chicken Broth

    I have started the diet and lost 5 kg in the first week. I have been using the no cal good gut chicken broth but was wondering the following – in the recipe it doesnt say that you should skim the chicken fat off the top. It makes it taste great but I am worried that it will add to many calories. Thoughts?

    Hi ericmakesthree – sorry no-one picked up on your question. I don’t have a definite answer for you, other than to say if you decide to leave the fat in, you will need to factor this in when calculating your calorie intake. I’d suggest when making the broth, you do your own calorie/carb calculations.

    Huge well done of that spectacular first week result by the way – brilliant! Keep doing what you are doing, as it’s obviously working!
