Not looked at all of this site but one or two good “layman’s ” type videos, including one on some side effects when starting low carbing. There are some tasty recipes too. This is low carb though, not keto. Luckily for me l am not diabetic or insulin resistant and have been in maintenance for a long time so I am now eating lowish carb. I do have osteopenia (and had a high impact hip fracture 15 months ago so need to ensure I get as much of my nutrients from my food, as I can, thus avoiding too many supplements. Link below.
