Cappuccino!!

    Hi starting diet tomorrow. My biggest challenge is giving up my small cappuccino I have each morning. It is less than 100 calories. Do I have to give it up. It would only be about a cup of milk. I really don’t want soy or almond milk. Just regular cows. Any advice?

    As long as you count the milk in your daily calorie allowance there shouldn’t be a problem.
    I often have a skinny cappucino from my Dolce Gusto machine with no effects
