Hi about to go into week 5 on Monday and wondered if anyone else at this stage. Am 48 years old mum battling half term temptations!! ๐. Have 4 stone to lose and feel this is the right diet finally after years of struggling. Had week 10 lbs loss week 2 3.5 week 3 2.5. Weighing Monday for week 5. Also started doing the Couch to 5 k running club which is a first as I have never jogged but going OK. If anyone wants support then please let me know. ๐
